Had a prong one before, this lever one is great upgrade. Ease of use, material is tough and solid. The size is adjustable but need screwdriver. If need to adjust size often in between workout suggest stick with prong. If not, this one is immaculate bruv.

Super grippy with or without chalk, but felt more secure with chalk. Do take bigger size as you would like the grip to wrap around the bar
