Exchange & Refund
PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND REFUND
We allow product exchange for the following reasons: incorrect item(s), manufacturing defect or to change to a different size of the same item (subject to availability).
- Any product returns or exchange must be notified to us at email@example.com within 14 days from your receipt of the goods.
- Goods must remain unused and in original packaging with tags intact and accompanied with the original receipt.
- Products purchased at discounted or clearance prices DO NOT qualify for exchange or refund.
- Delivery charges on product returns will be borne by the customer.
- If the items that you would like to exchange to is out of stock or not available for any reasons, you may be allowed to use your credit to purchase other items of equal or greater value.
